Reservations are required and must be requested at least 24 hours prior to arrival date.  Payment is required at the time the reservation is granted.  A full refund (minus PayPal fees) will be given with 30 days notice of cancellation. A 50% refund (minus PayPal fees) will be given up to 1 week prior to check-in. No refund will be issued if cancelled within 1 week of check-in.
